I have sent complaints and called Bridge Loans to cancell my debit order as the account is settled, but they still didnt. I received a call from Bridge and spoke to Precious she promised to delete the debit order. To my suprise this morning I received an sms saying I should fund my account for the debit order.
I need urgent response regarding this, you are ruining my account with unpaid debit orders but the account is settled.
