I just received an email saying that my debit order failed and I need to make arrangements or I will be handed over to the Legal Department.
I went online about a year ago to apply for a loan, I submitted the form and nothing happened. Then all of a sudden I received an email saying the exact same thing, That I will be handed over If the payment was not made. I phoned them and told them that i never gave them permission to debit money off my account and then they told me that when I submitted the application form its as good as my signature. They deduct money before offering you their services.
I since have been under debt review and still they try to debit money off my account that is under debt review as well. I sent them an email again this morning and I told them That I don't owe them any thing. and if they do try to take money off my account i will take them to court.
They are just ripping people off!!!
Where in life does it mean when you submit an application form online that they can deduct money from your bank account with out your signature or you knowing about it.
The deduct money before they offer you their services.
