Utterly poor customer service from Essential Med

I am a member since 2011.08.01 with Essential Med, the service to pay there provider is poor, I went to my house Dr, Dr Coetzee who referd me to Lancet 3 monds a go for blood test up to today Lancet is not PAID and the Dr also not received any payment. I rceived a Notice of Handover from Lancet. After numeris calls to customer service this issues is still not sort out still waiting for them to call me back. I know going to go to the onbudsman to help me resolved this problem.
