In 2001 I was divorced and my divorce settlement does not state that I am to pay all medical debt. My maintenance order states that I must keep the kids on the medical aid and does not state all medical above this must be paid by myself. This I have done since then.
I have been bugged by collectors for the past few years trying to collect from me the debt my ex wife is going and making above medical aid. She does not use the medical aid as she should and does not give a about me. She works for lawyers and refuses to pay this debt. Vericred online has been bugging me even though I have sent them all the proof that I have not made the debt and also that I am not allowed to go around and make debt.
They do not want to listen to me. Is there maybe a possibility you could get the fact into there thick sculls that I am not liable for this debt and that I am prepared to go all the way for this in principle. I want this to stop and them off my back and an official apology and get this from my ex wife.
