I applied for a home loan at FNB, where it was declined due to my affordability where I had to follow up on my application where they didn't have the decency to come back to me with an answer, I have then requested numerous times just for how much I can qualify after sending Bonnie Magani and Zandile Genu numerous e mails with no response even though they did read it. very poor from a bank I like so much :-(
