Sms at 06h00 on Monday Morning

I received a sms this morning at 06h00 from FNB, stating that my balance is less than R250!!! And to avoid fees, i must deposit funds! I have got this account for many years, and the balance is below R250 every month for many years, now all of a sudden, the balance must be more than R250. Since when??? And to send a sms at 06h00 in the morning??? Please FNB, is this the way to do it???
