BAD BAD BAD TELEPHONE SERVICE!!!

I am trying to do inquiries about my account and changes that was made by FNB which I have received sms for.
I am sick and tired of being transferred from pillar to post and never getting through to the call centre on 087 5759404.
I had to repeat myself several times and yet no help. Is that what YOU call service. Your staff is very unfriendly over the telephone.
Some of them have no telephone ethics or skills. They can not even help me with a simple inquiry to check details on my account.
I have left messages on YOUR WEBSITE and still not feed back or service. THIS IS PATHETIC!!! Please can some one contact me that is competent enough to assist me!!!
