I am absolutely disgusted and appauled by the terrible service i have received from Portia Lekgomo and her so called manager Lilian. I called in to the Kelly brooklyn branch spoke to receptionist who also has no telephone ethics, i called in and asked to speak to someone regarding my IRP 5 form to be sent to me from January 2012 until June 2012. She transferred me to someone by the name of Portia. First of all I had to spell my name and email address to Portia i don't know how many times after doing so she then says "Okay" and puts the phone down in my ear!!! She doesnt not have any customer sevice skills at all nor does she have any telephone ethics i am very upset and disgusted!!! Being a team leader myself customer service is very important to me especially when it comes to working in a call centre. I then called back and spoke to her so called Manager Liilian i told Lilian what had happened and she did not even apologise to me she advised me to wait until nextweek for my IRP 5. What the is up with that call centre or branch!!! Every person i spoke to was rude and had no manners!!! I am seriously not happy!!!
