I waited 19 minutes for the phone to be answered, pretty uncool. When the lady does answer the phone, she tells me that there was no original request for me to cancel my ISP portion.
I worked for this company, i feel pretty sick that customers are treated this way.
I also expected things to change and get better, but clearly its all going downhill.
Don't need anyone to call me, just wanted to put it out there.
