My vehical was on 13 October 2013 and i made a claim through my insurance on the Monday following
15 October 2013. I found the call centre helpfull, prompt and proffesional. Abdul (consultant) kept me udated and informed, although I had to wait the 4 weeks for a vehical for the claim to be paid out, I still found the service excellent and I will happly be insuring my next vehical through Virgin Insurance.
