Too many mistakes

I started an eviction procedure with Clientele Legal on 5th November 2013. The first time the document was sent it was unsigned. The second time it was sent - it was sent in a format? which none of my computers (3) could open. The third there were several mistakes in the spelling of the address. I forwarded an e-mail to Ms Molefe (the person dealing with the matter) with the correct address details again. Ms Molefe then put both incorrect and correct address all on one line in the document. I phoned again and I gave the correct information which was already on an email in Ms Molefe's possession. She sent another document with misspelt address. Today 18 November I finally got a correct document. The document is 31 days notice to evict. These delays will affect my opportunity to find another tenant at end of month. No-one rents a property from middle of month.
It is a loss of revenue caused by the delay of the very people supposed to assist me.
