WHERE'S MY INSURANCE AND CALL RECORDING?!

19th Septermber 2013 I called into 24 hour Mobility call centre to get my new i-phone 5 insured as I already have an existing policy with them on my Blackberry. Only to be told to call the underwriter "admin plus" to get the other handset added as 24 hour mobility can't help. I called AP on 0861118765 .I spoke to a black lady who took down all the specs of my new phone and quoted me R110, whch together combined with my BB was just under R200.I told this lady that I was fine with that so she can have both phones on-she advised me that it was all done. To my horror, my next insurancve debit was only R74 (the BB premium) and when I called into Admin Plus they advised me that my iPhone was not loaded on the policy. AP 24tried to shift the blame by saying that they bat 24 hour mobility should've advised me that 2 handsets can't be insured under 1 policy. Also nobody advised me of any proposal forms that I needed to complete. I was told telephonically "that all was sorted"On the 10th November I emailed Neliiwe from AP to find my call recording and sort this out along with her manager Monique. Conviniently they "can't find my call" yet calls are "recorded". Mind you my phone's still uninsured
