I have Two loans with Old mutual i defaulted on one payment... i have spoken to a customer service consultant and i made arrangement for the one month arrears... someone called our office too ask when is the pay date in December... the call went through to HR the person that call HR told the HR lady my hole history of my account... that did'nt concern her as it is confidential when the call came through i was standing at reception the call lasted over minutes.
