Horrible experience

I have an account with Old Mutual and every month thye debit my account before the salary goes through and this messes up my account as the statement is now full of dishonoured debit orders. i have tried on numerous occassions to get them to correct this but they only read my emails and never get back to me. one cannot get any credit or be a surety in view of recurrent dishonours. Please someone help me out as i need to terminate this whole arrangement but cannot do so as they are not communicating. i have called the call centre and they do not want to commit and make a decision. What do i do? Please do not be fooled and fall for this stupid arrangement with Old Mutual. i have never skipped any payment co i reserve their money until their debit goes through. Someone is just being idiotic and ignoring me and this is my last resort. Even today i had to put the phone down as they made me hold unneccessarily.
