I cancelled my insurance last week on monday (25/08/13) but Discovery still went on and debited the premium on the (28/08/13). I then called their call centre on that very same day of the debit and was assured that they would refund me and up until now I'm still waiting for that refund. Yesterday I called again early in the morning (8:00am) and their agent assured me that he was going to get back to me before the end of the day but still no agent has called me. I am not the 1st person who has complained about Discovery's service as a close friend of mine was also forced to jump ship because of their VERY BAD service!
