Brilliant Service

I had an accident with my vehicle and was sent to Tele Sure Assesment Centre by my insurance company Virgin. On arrival the security guard initially greeted me by name which I was taken back by.

I then dealt with the assesor named Raj. He offered brilliant service and expalined the whole process what would take place. He assessed by damage within 15 minutes and offered brilliant service. Everybody is really friendly and I would like to thank them for the good service offered.
