Another unauthourised debit order:-( I cannot believe that i have to go through the same almost every month. Why is my account being targeted by these that debit people's accounts without their authorisation? I NEVER experienced nonsense like this with my previous banker but it seems to be a norm with Nedbank. All they say is you have to get a stop payment and i have to pay R40? why? WHY? i dont know these people in the 1st place. 1st time it happened i got excellent service and the debit order was promptly reversed, suddenly i have to call the debiting my account and fight with them? I cannot even keep my money in my account because i am worried that some will take it. Or maybe these people are working with Nedbank? It must be!!! I am seriously going to move my account because i cannot stand this service. It was a pleasure banking with Nedbank for a while until they associated with these.
