My id nr is 7701310162082.I took out insurance for household contents and portable posessions. The sales consultant who took out my policy informed me that price quotes were good enough for my portable posessions as I did not have receipts. The call was recorded and I made sure I ask this question because I did not want my claim, if any to be rejected on this basis. Unfortunately I was robbed and I needed to claim and I was told that the price quotes were not good enough and I needed receipts. I was misled and to by the consultant. He behaved negligently and gave false information merely to make a commission. I am claiming for a refund of my first premium as I have been done wrong.
