A month ago complaint. Found out about Hello Peter recently that i can expose bad services.

there is a light in complexion tall security guy with bold head. his major duties is to assist people with the transactions on an ATM. and this ATM is also meant or designed for electronic deposit. The attitude he gives even now to people who cannot use electronic devices is terrible. The other day he was telling them to read and follow the instructions. He was saying all this things to old people; that he is not going to assist anyone as the instructions are Crystal clear. my colleague could not deposit money on the ATM and luckily she found me there as i was busy sorting out my Internet banking issues and i had to assist her though it was my first time depositing money on the ATM but we managed to get it right. The number of people that left without being assisted at that moment was high and there was nothing they could do as it was after hours. this Security officer doesn't deserve his job. there are a lot of people seeking work and they could do better than him.
