Nightmare experience and bad service from bayport

Just over two years ago i took out a contract with Bayport, in the interim i lost my job and contacted them to assist with placing the contract onhold or canceling and allowing me to pay off the account, i was told they would call back, this never happened, A tracer was sent out for " bad payment". we came to an arrangement and i was told to call the bayport call cenetre and get the fax number to submit my agreement letter, upon calling the callcenter the guy was so rude and shouted that they were taking me to court. i dropped the call and a week later called again because my banking details changed, the adjustment was never made and they stopped taking payment. i called again to stop the contract and was told i owe R12000 for a blackberry 8520 top up contract (rediculous). i asked that the billing stop and that the contract be ended and for the banking details, it again was going to mailed to me. it never came. i have beentrying to cancel this contract for over 2 years and no luck, i had a long talk with a lady in june and theywere again goingto assist with canceling and helping me, the contract was renewed again despite numerous request to cancel. bayport is a nightmare experience
