So after cancelling my policy and spending R17000. on getting my vehicle road worthy, i am still not getting my refund yet they claim payment on the 28th of september... i am tired of doing ur jobs for u.. therefore my next alternitive is to lay acharge against the company and its directors for.

1. i specifically said i need a courtasy. (never delivered- my policy never had a courtasy)
2. my premiums were originally R2500 (all of a sudden at claim it was R5000)
3. repairs to make my vehicle road worthy after accident R17000 (miway claims R3200 is the cost)
4. when policy was cancelled halfway through the month my prorater refund shud be half of my premium R510 (miway says only R174)
5. STILL havnt recived my repayment, still dnt have a vehicle and can only affird one bowl of cereal a day for the next 6 month

i hope all of the miway staff especially warren jaggels are proud of them selves, for what they have done to a coustomer..

ps. my vehicle was serviced and point checked 3 days b4 service and was road worthy.

and to francious please make good on ur legal threat coz i am amping to deliver all recordings and email copies to the prosecuter!!
