I sent a secure message to Standard Bank 4 days ago, asking them to contact me to decrease my credit limit and I have not heard back. Funny how I hear back immediately when I want to increase it or take up more services, but not the other way around.
I have been dealing with Discovery a lot lately as well and they respond within 24 hours. Amazed at their service! You're losing me Standard bank... been with you for 17 years and feeling rather under valued.
