After realising I had been the victim of debit card and reporting it immediately I was assured by the division that I would be contacted in 10 working days LATEST.
It is now day 11 and I have been put on hold by the division for over 33 minutes.
This type of service is never acceptable, but when it involves more than R 15 000.00 that was from my account and there is literally NO ONE that you can speak to - it becomes intolerable.
After being a loyal customer for more that 22 years it is apparent to me that I need to move on and as quickly as possible.
