Ridiculously bad service and response time

I settled my ABSA Credit/Cheque accounts 3-4 months ago but my debt counsellors paid money to them after the accounts were settled.

We have been struggling to get any answers out of them as to when I could expect to be refunded. When a similar incident happened last year April we struggled for 13 months to get a refund out of them.

It seems this time around I will be waiting another year. Hopefully this message will reach somebody competent in their job who has the ability to sort out problems rather than pass the buck for a year.
