Today I arrived at the FFW Assessment centre. My car was promptly assessed. Post the assessment I spoke to Abdullah Gamieldien who was kind, honest and understanding. His empathy and solid listening ability was much appreciated. He explained in detail what the next steps are and what would need to happen with my car. He was very thorough and extremely supportive. Thank you again Abdullah for your kindness, detailed, and thorough assessment.
