Waiting for the FNB Killarney BRanch Manager to return my call.
This branch has unfortunately completely changed my mind regarding FNB services. unnecessary admin and change of accounts. I requested my cards to be reverted back to the way it was, excluding the thousands of rands limit increase to my credit card that I DID NOT WANT.
The 2 sales contacts that I've been in contact with, hasn't bothered to return my call or respond to my email to advise when this issue will be resolved. Over it. I would prefer to actually just close my entire FNB account and go somewhere else.
