Went to FNB Kollonade Branch over a month ago to close my Money Market Investment Account. FNB has marked the account a Risk 4 although I am not under Debt Review any more. Kollonade Branch has referred me to the branch where I have opened the account. At Killarney
Mall they told me they were unable to close the account because me being under Debt Review. I told them I am no longer under Debt Review and needed to close the account urgently. My Debt Review company has sent them documents and my clearance certificate at beginning of July 2013. Now, end July 2013, they still have the hold on my account and the Manager needing to sort it out at Killarney Mall is not available and not answering telephone calls.
