I logged a call to get tecnician ut to site to sort out problem with my kredit card masjine! call logged 7 Nov. nobody shows for 2 days! closed for sun and mon. phone again on tues 12 nov, only to be told the tecnician closed firs call, problem solved. But he never came out to site! So I logg a call again 12 Nov tues! Techn comes out late same day! replaces the battery og the unit, it is the screen that keeps going blank! dont understand but he promisses that te new batt is going to solve te problem!! only to go in to the shop on wed 13 nov, to a scrammbled screen on my kredit card masjine!! logged a call again. waited for help on thurs, nobody showed up! phoned again tis mornig fri15 nov, the system shows no call logged!!! tired of hearin I will escalate your call and get it sorted! it doesnt happen!!
