Incompetent Service

On the 9th of October i wrote a complaint here regarding a cover that I took with FNB. They have been very timeous in deducting money out of my account but have never sent me any policy/cover details. On the 10th i got this email: "Dear valued customer
o FNB:-) Reference number 355414 has been issued for your complaint. To follow up with us you can contact 0875759408.10 Oct 14:27:. To this day I haven't heart anything from them. I tried calling them but there are no options for my type of query. Can someone just call or email me the details I was supposed to get 6 months ago.
