And if u r referring to Common Law Husband and wife, whilst i only studied 3 years of law, THERE IS NO SUCH THING IN SOUTH AFRICAN LAW AND IF YOU WANT ME TO GET THAT IN WRITING FROM OUR PENSION FUND I GLADLY WILL
