It is now 6years that i am divorced or not i am trying since 2007 to just get home affairs to register my divorce and re register my marriage .i nop have 2 husbands the one i am married to according to home affairs and the one i am married to now for the past 3 years all the paperwork have been handed in and are on there system my case number are 1209040700 and i am phoning for the last 3 years at least once a week to try and change my status on computer at home affairs .i get the same answer every time i phone, head office are busy with it no one can really tel me how far they are.
i now have 3 surnames my maiden name married 1name and married name2 it really make it difficult for me to keep up with my admin
and i can not change my id before it is correct
