My husband has had a problem with his work deducting a large percentage of his salary without proper consultation with him. Because of an ongoing dispute regarding monies that his company owes him, it is our opinion that their deduction is illegal and should cease immediately. We requested Clientele to assist with a letter demanding this. Instead we received a badly written draft from the aforementioned Ms Molefe after a month, suggesting that we draft the letter together. Who are the lawyers and what are we paying clientele for if we have to draft legal docs together? The doc did not look like a legal doc it did not even quote any law. I could have written it myself. So for the past few months we have had a total of R8000 deducted from our income. Needless to say, times are tough and that is no chump change. I have had this policy for six years, dutifully paid each and every month but have never ever received good service from them. How long does it take to write a letter in the area of your competence. Are we even given real lawyers to deal with our cases? They should pull down the adverts on TV that are so willfully deceptive. What a disgrace! We work hard for the money we pay.
