On the 12 of November I had applied for the loan and it was approved for R2500, I accepted and signed for the Quotation and agreement electronically, then hardly 2 Minutes I received an email "
Guess what? We just heard that your Boodle is on its way to you! Wait 10 minutes and then check your bank account... And enjoy! ". To my suprice till today, I haven't received and Funds into my bank account, then I decided to contact their call centre, and explained my story to the Agent who was rude and told me that the application has been reffered to their authorization department for further processing... Oh, how come? This is misleading and waste of time. Can somebody give me a clear explanation regarding this?
