Zero Service, just trying to you

I left Std Bank in '98 to FNB, 15 Years ago. Since the 19 Jan 2010 DMC has been hounding me to pay a Std Acc. When I ask what Acc it has ranged from a Chq./Petrol/Loan, but never a clear answer or proof. Over the past couple of years I get a call every couple of months from a call centre trying to arrange a payment plan. I can't agree to a payment plan if I don't know what debt was incurred, by who & when? I have requested verbally & email for everything they have so I can see what DMC are talking about. To date, nothing. The call centre is stupidly useless & no help from John Harvey, Thando Delsie, linton Hopkins. Whoever I email/call never help out where I actually knew what is going on & what debt they are talking about. Today (30/01/13) I get a call to let me know that they have garnish order, now this does not work for me! When I asked again for EVERYTHING they have they said they emailed it to me numerous times. Well, if you emailed it to an address that DOESNT EXIST how could I have got it? DMC can't even type the address I spell out. Next they say it takes a month to email from Head Office.
