I'd just like to make it abundantly clear that this is not a compliment towards Finrite instead this is a compliment towards one of their employees, Amier Bartiss.
Amier has been of excellent help since he started assisting me with the claim and I have to commemorate him on his work ethic. If only you could utilize his abilities in a way to strengthen your work force, perhaps by allowing him to take on a training role so that he can brush off his skills on new and existing employees.
Your staff could learn something from him in terms of service delivery and the importance of assisting your clients in a proper manner. I know its just a cellphone, but its more the principal of how Finrite and their employees handle claims and in light of this Amier should be an example, because he respects what he does and how he delivers on it.
