I just hope there are many Customer service agent like him who knows how to treat a customer fairly, with dignity and respect. People like him need to be recognise as a asset to the company and be valued accordingly.
He gave me and my wife a tremendous service which I have received from other Insurance 5 years ago. He deserve a thumb up and be treated as a asset of the company. I wish I could say more, but words can hardly describe it and it is not easy to explain the service he gave to us.
