Best phone skills I've heard in a LONG time

Yesterday my one vehicle was sold and therefor had to cancel my insurance. I phoned the number that was on my policy and within two selections on their telephone recorded voice system I ended up with THABO LIKHA on the other end of the line. I explained the situations and after verification of my identity my policy was canceled, he explained when my balance will be paid back and he changed something on my policy for my existing vehicle. This was done within 2-4 minutes and with well spoken English, friendliness and skill. Thanks Thabo for the great service. I've received my updated policy with all the necessary changes.
