I had insurance on my vehicle with OUT for app. a year and 4 months after which they cancelled my policy as I have claimed three times within that period, of which 2 of the accidents, were not my fault.
I am writing this complaint because it is now the 4th week that my car is in for repairs and I am not receiving any feedback as to the status of the repairs (I got regular feedback with the other two accidents). Is it not the insurer's responsibility to keep me updated (as they are affiliated with the panelbeaters) or is it just OUTsurance's way of saying that they are disregarding me as a client now as they cancelled my policy, yet I am still paying another premium at the end of March?
I am not interested in having my policy with OUTsurance re-instated, I just want my vehicle to be repaired within reasonable time and to be regularly updated.
