I called Miway and spoke to Thabo who assisted me in eamling me my policy documents. He make sure that he done that while talking in phone and make sure that i received it. He was patiant with me to go through the policy and detect the mistake that we have done yesterday when joining the policy. He then tranferred me to client services to get assisted in changing some inforamtion on the policy and he spoke first to the person who will assist me and even tell me the name of that person. I got assisted in changing the information and get clarify on what i was not undertood. After that the person who assisted me promised to send me the updated policy ASAP but i she haven't done so. I send Thabo an email that he should please send me the updated policy as the person whom he tranferred me to haven't send me the updated policy. With immediate respond, Thabo send me that updated policy and even called me on my cellphone to make sure that i received it. So i'm saying BIG UP to Thabo and thump up. I'm very impressed with with customer service and wish he should be recognice for his excellent work done.
