I had a small stone in my windscreen and had some minor damage, now to prevent the screen from cracking I left the vehicle in the garage so to prevent further damage. Waiting for Windscreen Direct to send out a mobile service was to no avail, the resources available to service customers are inadequate. Insurance companies need to revise the agreements they have with these guys as this is surely noncompliance. As Customer the service from these guys are totally unacceptable. The "we don't need you, you need us? attitude is total rubbish
