We advised to use the online banking but when we make errors no one is there to assist. i called the call centre for a reversal as i had paid into an incorrect account. it took them 8 days to get back to me but they advised that it takes 5 days. to date i still have not heard anything and my query is unresolved. why else should we use this facility again???
