Just like you guys to know that I'm quite impressed with your service, especially when I'm in your branches. Whether it has to do with foreign exchange/ customer services or even the general set up of ur branches. Its always to a very high standard. I did have a misunderstanding with one of the call centre agents, but I seemed to have misunderstood the product. So for that, I am truly sorry... I think you guys deserve a thumbs up for trying to do the best for your customers. :) jamila shariff
