I have enquired via e-mail, Facebook and phoning the call centre (which inconveniently only operates until 17:00) but still I am not receiving my OTP to complete my transaction on the UCount Online Mall. On e-mail I was told that the problem is with my cell phone service provider and that numerous other clients have reported the same problem; however when I called today, I was sent an SMS confirming the change of my card pin (which I have not requested), but fact is I received this SMS, so the problem can't be with my service provider. I receive OTPs from the Standard Bank Online Banking website too. But, still no OTP on UCount. I was told the turn around time for my query is 7 days, which is far fetched and ridiculous. I was also told that I can't receive my OTP via e-mail. Close to giving up, but I won't back down until this sorted out.
