My wife and I applied fro a home loan through Secubond, to our dismay we were messed around for weeks on end after speaking to numerous consultants, they had an issue with my salary slips being to light we darkened them and contacted their call centre who informed us that the salary slip quality was fine if we couldn't get it any darker, and that our application would be submitted a week later we receive the very same complaint that the salary slips are too light, my wife liaised with Juanita Loverlot and Yvonne Killian that we were under the impression this issue had been dealt with, Juanita was very rude and unprofessional to say the least, not one of them were up to date with our personal issue and we were tossed to and fro between their incompetent consultants, Secubond is a definite no-no for customer service
