NEARLY SIX MONTH NO PENSION

MY FATHER (NHW KRAFT WITH ID. 480525 55016 089 BROUGHT ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION PER HAND INTO YOUR OFFICE ON 2013/06/2013. SEVERAL ENQUIRIES WERE MADE TO THE "CALL CENTRE" ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS :
2013-09-04 (SPOKE TO LEBO);
2013/09/06 (PHONE NEXT WEEK);
2013/09/13 (SPOKE TO MINNIE - DOCUMENTS ARE AT VERIFICATIONS OF BANK ACCOUNTS);
2013/09/17 (LOAIDING BUSY AT CALCULATIONS, PHONE MIDDEL OCTOBER 2013 BACK);
2013/10/09 (DUPLICATE PAYMENTS BACK AT RECORD MAINTENANCE);
2013/10/21 (RECORD MAINTENANCE);
2013/10/25 (RECORD MAINTENANCE);
2013/11/01 (NICOLE - BUSINESS ANALYSES - FIXING THE CLAIM NUMBER. WILL PUT A QUIRY THAT SOMEBODY WILL PHEN ME);
2013/11/04 NOBODY HAS PHONED AND THE FILE IS STILL WHERE IT WAS ON 2013/11/01.
APPLICATION WAS SEND ON 2013/10/28 FOR "SPECIAL POWER OF ATTOURNEY" SO THAT AT LEAST I CAN SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR BUT ACCORDING TO THE CALL CENTRE TO SCAN THOSE DOCUMENTS IT WILL TAKE THREE WEEKS, WHICH IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE.
YOU CAN ONLY PHONE THE CALL CENTRE NO OTHER NUMBER TO LODGE A COMPLAINT, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE POWER OF ATTOURNEY TO BE SCAN BEFORE I CAN DO A ENQUIRY ON MY FATHERS FILE AS WELL AS HIS SURPLUS.
