Making terrible look good

Im going to make this short, I applied for a future use home loan last year that was approved. This year I want to make use of the future use amount so I call FNB premium banking and get Magauta, I explain I want to take some money out of the future use amount, she sends the form that I complete (3 months ago) I send it back with all the documents, I dont get feedback for 3 weeks, i call to be told its declined due to affordability, I argue and it turns out Credit doubled up all my living expenses and used a salary amount that was R10k less than i make??? Then I get called to say its approved i must sign with lawyers (for a future use amount?) so i do. Then as it turn out the future use amount last year was not captured right but I didnt need to sign with lawyers. Then Conrad (team leader) calls to say it will all be sorted out on Monday, today I call and home loans have only got the application today (3 months later) and want to go througt all the steps of approving a future use amount when they have already approved a second bond for me in error? This is 3 months later and the worst service and communication. Im a loyal client that is thinking of moving banks now
