I was approached by an independant broker to "have a look at my portfolio" and to possibly increase the sum my life is insured for. After being shocked at the premiums, I had the thought to call 1Lifedirect to ask for a quote to increase my cover, as I am a policy holder by them for almost 5 years now. Not surprisingly 1Life was 40% cheaper on the same benefits. What was surprising is that the consultant was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions regarding the different options as to disability cover ect. He was also very patient in changing the different scenarios and amounts of cover to find the package best suited for me. 1Lifedirect is 100% recommended!
