Miway sent me an SMS yesterday to tell me that they had signed me up for weather alerts without my permission. The SMS said that I could reply with STOP to opt out but I don't see why I should have to pay to stop something I never asked you to sign me up for. Please stop sending me your SMSs that I never asked for.
On top of this they changed my excess from 0 to R3 000 a few months ago for no apparent reason. I have never claimed so why did it change? You are a bunch of thieving scumbags and I am going to go back to Outsurance if you don't sort these problems out.
Also stop phoning me to try and sell me even more of your useless products that I have no interest in. I never asked you to phone me and try to sell me that garbage so go to.
Let this be a warning to anyone thinking of changing to Miway.
