I submitted a claim after my son`s longboard (skateboard) was. This is my first ever claim and I dreaded the effort to go to the police station, fill in forms and answer 1000 questions.
From the start it was fast, efficient and simple to do. The officer at SAP was quick and professional.
I then submitted my claim via the Discovery website. I received a call to confirm the details and given a reference number. The next call was from Katleho who dealt with the claim. She asked a few questions for clarity and told me to email a few details. That was on Friday afternoon. I received an email today from her to state my claim was processed and the funds would be in my account within 72 hours.
Now my son needs to save and work to pay the excess.
