So I am looking for car insurance for the 1st time, and I do a search on 1st for women because funny enough I have been given a few recommendations to try yourselves. I wasn't exactly sure on which type of Renault Megane 2005 car I had so I accidently chose the incorrect vehicle. No sooner did I click send, I received a phone call from Madi who very politely helped me with my quote until I told him that I was to check what my brothers current insurance is on the car so I can compare. Now unfortunately I had only emailed my brother a few minutes before to check and didn't expect a phone call from you so quickly, but I must say that I am very unhappy with the way Madi turned on me (and you can check the tape recording please 11th November at approx 14:55 to 15:07, he made me feel very stupid that yes I didn't do my home work fully but I didn't expect a call a few minutes after receiving the quote on email. It sounded like he was quite annoyed at the fact that I didn't give the correct car, and I explained I had chosen it wrong!!
Really I am now thinking twice about even thinking about signing up with you...
